Drive to Pasabag (Monks Valley) to see most interesting mushroom-shaped pinnacles. Drive to the city of Avanos for lunch. In the afternoon visit Göreme Open-Air Museum where the remains of rock-hewn churches and Christian settlements date back hundreds of years.
